If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or products you have purchased from nobleboutique.gr you reserve the right within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, to return the product or products purchased and request the replacement with another product / products or refund.
The above right exists only if the product or products are in their original excellent condition, have not been used, washed, the packaging or the product itself has not been damaged, to bear their existing labels and are accompanied by all their documents (retail receipt, invoice, any promotional material).
In case nobleboutique.gr finds that none of the above applies, it reserves the right to refuse the customer the replacement or refund.
- You can make a change with any other product of equal or greater value. Once we receive and check the returned product / products, we will call you to inform you about the acceptance or not of the return, according to the above return terms. For shipments within Greece the cost of first change is free, if the return is made with the partner transport company Speedex Courier. For the resending of the new product to you, you will be charged with shipping costs of 8 euros (+ 2 euros in case of cash on delivery), and with the possible difference in the value of the new product.
- In case you choose the refund, it is made within (7) calendar days from the moment the products are received and checked. Returns are made only to the credit / debit card or account used during your order. In case you have paid by cash on delivery, the return will be made to an account that you will indicate to us. The refunded amount will be equal to the value of the product / products having deducted the value of shipping or cash on delivery. In case of refund within Greece, the order amount is refunded minus the amount of shipping costs (5 euros to send the order from the store to the customer and 5 euros for the return of the order from the customer to the store, when it is done with the transport company cooperating with us)
!! In case of return of discounted products or products purchased with a discount code, no refund will be given and can only be replaced with products of the same commercial period
In case of repeated returns, nobleboutique.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of products due to abuse by the consumer.
For change of products from Abroad or Cyprus, the return and resending costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
